Ekaterina Gerus
Founder, strategic management and project coordination
Since 2020, Ekaterina has been developing the activities of ESG Consulting as a team leader and chief expert in sustainable development. After seven years of working in investment banking Ekaterina moved to the social sphere and since 2012 she has been managing Endowment funds, charitable foundations and social projects in Russia, Germany and Switzerland.
Previously, Ekaterina raised finance for commercial and social projects. She worked in different investment banks and financial organisations in Russia, Ukraine, Germany and the UK, attracting capital for commercial projects in various industries. Professional activity includes working in Financial Corporation Uralsib, Renaissance Capital and KPMG.
Vyacheslav Ivanov
Chief Expert Energy consumption and
carbon footprint reduction
Vyacheslav Ivanov has more than 20-year experience in energy sector and finance. Apart from
his occupation as a partner and chief energy exert at ESG Consulting, Vyacheslav is also the
leader of AI-based energy saving project EnCM (www.encmglobal.com), aimed to reduce
energy costs and also carbon footprint for the clients.
Previously Viacheslav held senior positions in banking, oil and gas industries, was CFO of
Rosatom Overseas, CEO and board member of Urals Energy, was responsible for M&A and
development at URALSIB and Gaspromneft. Viacheslav graduated from Moscow Institute of
Radioelectronics and University of Toronto, holds MBA from University of Rochester.
Daria Korobkova
Coaching and Corporate Culture
For more than 23 years Daria has been working for major international corporations in managerial positions in the spheres of finance, operating activities, business development, and development of relations with key partners (Celgene International, Sanofi-Aventis, Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, Sequoia Credit Consolidation). Daria is the managing partner of the Teamsonance company, a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a member of the National Federation of Professional Mentors and Coaches (NFPCM), Certified Coach, ACC ICF, Certified Business Mentor, Team Coach, CMI. At the age of 35, she became a CFO of a group of companies. Daria raised 10 managers and 3 successful teams. She managed international projects, ensured the cooperation of Russian and international companies with different corporate cultures, and has a successful experience with international headquarters. Daria participated as a leader and consultant in merger and acquisition projects of international companies. Last position: Financial and Operational Director of the international biopharmaceutical company Celgene in Russia (2009-2020). She increased the company’s annual turnover from 0 to 9 billion rubles and led a project to localize the production of American medicines according to the GMP standard on the territory of the Russian Federation. Daria collaborated with such companies as Pharmstandard, Sanofi-Aventis, BMS, Cushman&Wakefield, Sawatzky Property Management, Millhouse Capital, Colliers, PWC, Deloitte, E&Y, Europlan, R-Pharm, Aston Consulting, etc.
Ilya Zibarev
Adviser
Ilya has more than 20-year experience in Russian and international companies, of which more than 15 years have been at the forefront of major financial organizations (top 20).
During his professional activity, he solved various management objectives: from creating new business trends from scratch (DeltaCredit bank, City Mortgage Bank) to anti-crisis and complex transformation of private companies (Alfa-Bank, SKB-Bank, Russian Standard bank). He represented shareholder interests in the board of directors of one of the key business-assets of the TMK group. Ilya served on the expert council of Dom.RF (earlier, AIZHK) at Alexander Semenyak’s invitation.
Ilya is a partner of the Towards Impact Investment accelerator program, which supports leaders of social entrepreneurship and impact economy. For more than two years, he has been supporting and investing in startups providing mentoring support to businesses.
Ilya is a member of the Khabensky Foundation’s Board of Trustees where he oversees relationships with large businesses and manages the “routine charity” activities in accordance with the cutting-edge business charity model.
Olga Biryukova
PR and Marketing Adviser
Since 2020, Olga has been a marketing and PR adviser at ESG Consulting. She conducts audits of communication strategies and prepares recommendations for improving the communication policy of companies that have started integrating ESG factors into their activities.
Olga has 16 years of experience in marketing and PR, which includes activities in public relations structures of government authorities, public and non-profit organizations, and consulting companies. In particular, she held the position of the press service head of NUST MISIS and was the public relations department head of the endowment fund ISTOKI.
In 2004, Olga graduated from the Faculty of Political Science of the Russian State Social University. In 2008, she defended her thesis and received a PhD in political sciences.
From 2017-2020, Olga took courses on SMM promotion and targeted advertising.

Nina Lanina
Chief Ecologist
Since 2021, Nina has been a leading environmental expert at ESG Consulting. She conducts environmental audits and provides recommendations for improving the activities of companies in ecology.
Nina’s 25-year experience includes work at OJSC RUSAL, the head of the waste disposal operator at LLC MKM-Logistics, and a manager and environmental expert at OJSC Karboglass, a company producing polycarbonate products.
In 1994, Nina graduated from the Chemistry Department of Moscow State University. In 2015, Nina also received MBA, completing the Russian-German program at the RANEPA.
Lidiya Vdovina
Expert in PR&Marketing
Since 2021, Lidia has been a marketing and PR adviser at ESG Consulting. She conducts audits of communication strategies and prepares recommendations for improving the communication policy of companies that have started integrating ESG factors into their activities.
Since 1999 to 2008 Lidia had been working in political technologies sphere, sociology and PR consulting. Participated in a number of political and socio-cultural projects and election campaigns in Russia and the CIS countries, developed concepts and PR strategies, carried out project management as well as crisis PR management.
Since 2008, she has been working in the field of construction and development, promoted up-to-date construction technologies and low-rise construction, in particular she was the head of a PR agency that accompanied the activities of leading Russian development companies and the Federal Fund for Housing Development.
From 2014 to 2020, she was involved in activities related to international relations in a think-tank with offices in Berlin and Moscow.
Mikhail Gitarsky
Senior Expert in carbon footprint estimation
Mikhail has more than 10-year experience in carbon footprint estimation for coal mining, oil and gas industries. He participated in methodology development for carbon footprint estimation, including reporting for UNFCCC.
He worked as a Department Head at Yu. A. Izrael Institute of Global Climate and Ecology.
Svetlana Norgido
ESG Development Expert
Svitlana’s 12-year experience in the field of international procurement and category management
includes work as a head of projects for the sustainable development of procurement and supply of
foodstuffs. She worked in international companies such as Metro, REWE in Ukraine and Germany.
In 2003, Svitlana graduated from the Economic Department of Vadim Hetman Kyiv National Economic
University. In 2020, she completed the Executive Course on Sustainability and Corporate Social
Responsibility of the London Business School.
Ksenia Vorozheykina
Expert in ESG audit and non-financial reporting
In 2021, Ksenia graduated from the MBA program at the Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS with a specialization in Strategic Management and Organization Management. As part of her graduation work, she conducted in-depth research of international and national ESG indices, their methodologies and features to create a single industry framework for the analysis of non-financial companies’ documents. Ksenia has also successfully implemented the project on the Rostelekom accounts non-financial audit with the preparation of management recommendations improving company position in national and entry into the international ESG- ratings. She is a volunteer at the Open School of Sustainable Development.
Ksenia has a broad line of professional activity. She worked in the project office, had long practical experience in mass media, worked as an operating director in small businesses, launched startups (travel, digital). Also, Ksenia has been working as an event and art manager at projects of different levels for years. Among such projects are charitable events for residents of the Moscow and Moscow Region; “Night at the Museum”, which includes a free education program for children and adults; the Urban Art Nations project, which promotes the ethnic cultures of the peoples of the Russian Federation.

Gennadiy Baranovskiy
ESG and Green Bonds Expert
Since 2021, Gennady has supported the team in ESG transformation of clients and their preparation for green and social bonds issues.
Previously, Gennadiy worked on projects of the non-financial aspects’ assessment for PJSC Gazprom Neft and estimation of the green financial instruments’ attractiveness for JSC Rosselkhozbank.
Gennadiy is a graduate of Dostoevsky Omsk State University with a specialization in World Economy. In 2020, he graduated from a Double Degree Master’s Program between the Higher School of Economics in Moscow and Seoul National University in South Korea, majoring in Science, Technology and Innovation Management. Gennadiy has experience in academic research on green finances.
Dmitry Bolokan

In 2021, Dmitry graduated from the Moscow Witte University, majoring in Finance and Credit At the end of the course, he wrote a thesis on: “Analysis of the organization investment attractiveness”, in which the investment attractiveness of the oil and gas industry leaders (PJSC Lukoil and PJSC NK Rosneft) was analyzed. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree, he entered the master’s program of Moscow Witte University majoring in Management of Sustainable Development of Systems. As part of his thesis, Dmitry conducts a study on the impact of ESG factors on the profitability of the company’s assets.
Daria Evdokimova
ESG expert
Daria graduated from the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NIU) named after I. M. Gubkina majoring in Energy and Resource-Saving Processes in Chemical Technology, petrochemistry, and biotechnology. Since 2020 she has been working in the sphere of sustainable development. She actively participated in the development and modernization of “green office” standards and building materials following the principles of sustainable development. Daria worked on projects with such companies as Severstal, and Kerama Marazzi. She participated in the first project in Russia involving the development of alternative packaging for brand goods of the retail chain Magnit.
Yulia Bochkova
CSR and ESG expert
Yulia has 13-year experience in commercial and non-profit organisations management. Since 2013, she has been working in one of the largest Russian endowments, where she is responsible for cooperation with the foundation’s benefactors and trustees. Yulia is involved in the overall management and strategic development of the fund. Previously, she worked in the directorates of leading Russian and international banks.
She has certificates in the course “Strategy for the Creation and Development of Endowment Funds” from the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO and mini-MBA from the Edinburgh Business School MMU, Bachelor of Philology from the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute.
Olesya Rudakova

Olesya has more than 15 years of experience in ecology and industrial safety and developed from a technician to an environmental engineer. She worked for large industrial companies. In 2021 she graduated from MGIMO with a degree in Environmental Responsibility of Business and ESG. Olesya аlso holds a diploma from Saint Petersburg Institute of Environmental Management, Industrial Safety, and Environmental Protection majoring in Environmental Audit, and a diploma from the Institute of International Law and Economics named after A.S. Griboedov majoring in Finance and Credit.
